Building Character

By getting involved in a development early on, we can influence key aspects of the home. This helps avoid unnecessary generic decisions that would have to be replaced later, reducing waste, and ensuring more thoughtful outcomes.

Making Visual Space

In the confines of a small urban apartment, the necessity to maximize space (or the appearance of space) is paramount. To establish a haven within the city, the focus is on minimizing distractions. A restrained color palette, coupled with intentional texture and tones, fosters a restful ambiance without compromising warmth or character. The punctuation of color in the artwork not only is a personal touch for the owner and adds a vibrant accent to the space.

living space

A small living room was rendered more spacious with lucite furniture and monochromatic colors.  A cream jute rug, linen drapes and knitted wool throw add texture and softness. The plants add a pop of color.

colour & art

Dramatic art work elevates the space throughout adding color to a predominantly white palette. The original wood flooring is stained white.

The kitchen floor is painted white and the cabinets a restful grey/green.  Iconic Ghost chairs over vintage Persian rugs raise the bar in the kitchen.

“Whenever I walk into a space, I am totally inspired by Antonia’s aesthetic flair for decor. I immediately relate to her accomplishments within a project and see her professionalism shine through.  Antonia is a consummate professional with attention to detail no matter the size of the project. In addition, Antonia is an astute listener, and an innovative thinker. I can go on about her attributes, but most importantly Antonia is a delight to be around, while hard working and committed she is great fun!”
